A lot of parents claimed that they always shopped at discount stores and they also admittedly would make more extravagant purchases in a specialty baby store if there is something they really wanted. One X mom talked about nice children strollers. She paid $250 for a stroller because she loved the features this stroller offres. So if some parent is willing to spend $250 on a good stroller which is typically a smaller item in comparison with all this nursery furniture what are they willing to spend for a nursery crib, an item that is use more than the use of a stroller. There is no harm in trying a certain piece of furniture and if you did not find it useful you can always sell it off to other people. For example if you bought an expensive high chair for your baby so that you can have her seated and eat in peace. But the problem is your baby just does not seem comfortable in the high chair and seems to make more and more noise with every passing minute until you take her out of the chair. Now you must be very confused and upset about what to do with the high chair. Don’t worry; there are a lot of people out there who are looking for used baby furniture in good condition at low prices. So just give an advertisement in a newspaper or simply ask your friends if they need such a thing. You can save the furniture for babies yet to come in your family. Don’t dispose of old and comfortable furniture if you plan to increase your family size. Some people also give away old baby furniture to their brothers or sisters when their own babies have grown up. Although there are many expensive stores out there that offer furniture of highest quality possible, but don’t get carried away with all that. Remember that the baby is going to spill food particles on the furniture, make pen and crayon marks on the clothes, and some wild babies even try to break things apart. So keep your baby budget within limits and buy something that will be of real use to your baby and you won’t have to put a hand to your heart every time the baby tries to do a little mischief with the furniture. |
